A clear glittering amber brew, an off-white head, little lacing, good curtains.
The smell starts with a malt character, bread, molasses, then some hoppy grass and nettles.
Tasting of brown bread, toffee, orange and apricot marmalade, some lemon peel and nettles.
Little carbonation, soft and a sophisticated dry finish.
A very well balanced and rewarding beer from Oppigårds, as always.
