Pours a clear yellow with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is bready and clean with notes of knäckebröd, citrus and a hint of brewer yeast.
Taste is crisp, clean and floral with a nice bready base balanced by a moderate bitterness. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd and elderflower. Perfectly balanced, and impeccably made.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, an outstanding pilsner. Crisp and clean as a whistle.
