Copenhagen 29/10 2021. 44 cl can from Systembolaget, Vallgatan, Åhus. Orange can with a simple circle with the name of the beer, the style and a banner declaring it is a limited release.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits soon overpowered by a citric scent. Peach and blood orange. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, creamy yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Very solid NEIPA from Oppigårds. Bitter yet pleasant.

Pours a hazy yellow with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of citrus, nectarine, elderflower and peach candy.
Taste is juicy and fruity with soft bitterness. Notes of citrus, melon, grass and peach. Very well balanced and drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, clean and well made IPA, as expected from Oppigårds.
