Pours a fairly clear copper with soft head that leaves a lot of lacing behind.
Smell is fruity and a bit sweet with notes of pine, peach, apricot, grapefruit, tangerine and some biscuity malt.
Taste is fruity and a bit sweet with a pretty powerful bitterness. Notes of pine, citrus, peach, apricot and tea. Excellent balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, you can't really go wrong with a traditional style by Oppigårds. Exactly what it's supposed to be.
