The beer is clear brass colored with a white head that leaves lots of lacing.
The smell is distinctly grassy, wet grass and hay. Smells Saazy!
The taste has some toffee sweetness, some orange and rhubarb sourness, and straw/hay.
Medium carbonation, soft and round body.
A very nice brew, making the Saaz hops really shine through in the smell, a little less noticed in the taste.
