The beer is clouded dark amber with an off-white head that leavs lots of lacing. Curtains are there as well.
The smell is bread, some cheese (the yeast probably), the grape-fruit and resin.
The taste starts sweet, vinous, the dried fruits, oranges, ananas, then grape-fruit, juice and peel.
Medium carbonation, a big body.
A good first DIPA from Hedemora. Possibly a bit on the sweet side.
