Pours a clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is crackery, crisp and slightly peppery. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus.
Taste is clean, crisp and crackery. Solid bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, really nice pilsner, balanced and flavorful.
