The clear liquid got a deep golden hue. The very high head is off-white. It leaves lots of lacing.
The smell is fresh, bitter and hoppy. Hints of honey, timber, summer meadow and a touch of fat wax.
The taste is malty with notes of fresh bread. There are flowery and hay-ish flavours (fruit ice cream?). The clean and fresh bitterness is medium strong. The aftertaste is first quite mild, but it grows soon into a robust bitter flavour with notes of dry fruity flavours, sour/bitter herbs. The finish is long and bitter.
The carbonation is strong, the bubbles small. The liquid is smooth.
A fine bitter with more bitterness than the Britons use to put in 'em. Another solid beer from Oppigårds.

The beer is pale amber, small lively bubbles, a white high head that settles very slowly and leaves lot's of laces.
Smelling of grass, nettles and a chemical, detergent nuance.
Initial butter scotch, then some bitter oranges, fresh cut grass, bitter nettles.
Medium high carbonation, a soft and fresh feeling, a good dry finish.
A solid bitter, very well hopped.
