Pours a dark reddish brown with soft tan head.
Smell is bready with notes of toast, brown bread, leather and toffee.
Taste is bready and a bit sweet. Notes of brown bread, toast, leather and tobacco with floral, nutty and roasted hints. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Dunkel. balanced and drinkable.
