Pours a clear light amber with fine head.
Smell is crisp and bready with some spicy hints. Notes of toast, knäckebröd, syrup loaf, rye and citrus peel.
Taste is rich and bready with notes of knäckebröd, syrup loaf, citrus peel and rye with spicy and earthy hints. Moderate bitterness. Clean and crisp with a sweet and dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic lager, full of flavor but super drinkable.
