Our Alligator Ale is a rich mahogany colored ale with a surprisingly smooth finish. This beer is perfectly balanced with flavors of dark malts and hops.

Clear bown with a carmel chunky head
Not much going on for the aroma, slightly sweet and malty
Nice malt character, chocolate, just a hint of roasted malts. Clean yeast with only a faint hop presence. Very easy going and nothing over the top.
Kind of thin, needed some more body
Very drinkable, it would be a nice session beer.
This might come across week to some people but I thought it was quite good.
