Gotta love the mom and pop packaging on this one. Thats the only reason I bought it. I had never even heard of this brewery before.
Pours a somewhat brownish gold. Very little carbonation. No lace.
It does smell somewhat buttery. Tatse is a flat lager trying to be a craft beer. Yes theres some malt and the buttery aspects arent terribly annoying but this is a disapointing beer. I will not buy anything from this brewery again for a while.

12ozer bought as a single from Oliver's Beverage, Albany, NY.
Poured into an imperial pint glass, kind of a foamer, formed a 3 1/2" off-white head over a clear golden amber brew. Head lasts and lasts, finally receding to the point where I can drink some, with spotty lacing. Aroma is ample grain, with a light spiciness. Taste is the same maltiness as the nose, with a light hoppy close. Mouthfeel and drinkability are both okay, and for a macro lager, I'd think you could certainly do worse.

The beer pours a gold color with a 1/4" white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a semi-sweet pale and bisquit malt scent. It has a fruity lager yeast aroma, but the bisquit malt adds a nice earthy feel to it. The taste is good also. It has a smooth, toasted pale malt flavor. It has a bisquit taste as well as a mild nuttiness. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low/medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a very good lager. It has a complex malt bill and a damn good flavor; a fine sessions brew.
