2nd time drinking this Belgian IPA, from bottle poured into glass.
Look: straw-colored with a bit of orange; hazy if you swirl the last bit in the bottle before you pour (gets the settled yeast in there, I think) otherwise clear. Wonderful pure white, thick foam almost like meringue that lasts long.
Smell: Refreshing, mostly citrusy with a bit of sweetness.
Taste: Great balance while showcasing the interesting, somewhat complex hop flavor. Citrusy with a nice, mild bitterness, just a note of sour (I guess from the Belgian wit ale yeast used), very refreshing and bright. Finishes pretty clean just a slight piney bitterness.
Feel: light-medium body, smooth with just a slight creaminess
Overall: I was surprised with how much I enjoyed this IPA. I will definitely be buying again. Recommended.

Beautiful clear amber gold color with large white cap and good lacing.
Aroma of sweet malt and something spicy like coriander.
Taste is full on rich malt with hops equally as full. These are not strong hops of the citrus variety, rather they have a gentle fullness without bitterness. I do get what I'll call Belgian influences by mid palate, some spicy breadiness that is more mindful of allspice than the usual clove/coriander combination. There's also an absence of banana though I do get a bit of ripe fruit. Complex flavors well combined.
Full texture with balancing carbonation.
Altogether a rich, complex, heady brew that neatly combines the elements of both Belgian and IPA without either style dominating.
