12 oz bottle, bottled on Aug 29, 2020, into Crooked Stave glass.
Chill hazed light wheat blonde color with a creamy cap of 1/2 finger.
Aroma from the bottle is lime margarita, slight brine, and salt. Aroma from the glass brings dough, mandarin orange, slight toasted bread, and strawberry daiquiri.
Flavor brings salty raw dough and orchids, with some slight mandarin orange, strawberry, kiwi, and slight dry hopping.
Feel gives the mouth a weird coating that lingers. But before that happens it's crisp and carbonated and light bodied.
Overall, it's a pretty enjoyable Gose, not one I'm prone to revisit immediately, but would be great to order at a bar with some greasy fries or a even a salad.
