12oz can poured into a pint glass
A: Pale yellow with a big head that takes a while to settle, even with a slow pour
S: Wheat, herbs and herbal hops
T: Mostly wheat with some light herbal notes
M: Light-bodied, dry
O: Nothing unique going on but pleasant to kick back and drink

Pretty good pale ale here. Not my favorite but far from being terrible. It has an odd yeast aftertaste that takes away from the whole, but I wouldn't turn it down if offered.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a Rhinegeist pint glass.

Clear gold. It smells like Cascade and fruit.
It tastes of grapefruit rind and hop resin. The aftertaste is a bit metallic and bitter.
Dry and unbelievably citrusy.
I'd have again, I guess, but it's not that amazing.

Beer poured into a pint glass from the tap. Beer pours golden yellow with orange hints and a small white head. Beer smells of citrus and grassy notes, very inviting. Beer tastes of very earthy notes with slight citrus. Beer is light bodied and extremely drinkable. Overall a very good beer.

This has changed my perspective on wheat beers, this is the first one I've really enjoyed. This is right in the range of my preferred bitterness, between 30 and 40 IBU. Excellently refreshing and not overpowering. Tastes like a standard pale ale, nicely citrusy and hoppy, with a strange but enjoyable twist from the wheat.
