On tap at the Christian Moerlein airport taproom.
Appearance: Gold, very little head, slight lacing.
Nose: Very little, slight biscuit?
Mouthfeel: Light medium.
Attack: Sound but not deep flavor, some carbonation.
Finish: Very gentle.
Overall: Not the most flavor-filled in its class, but drinkable. Ordered it to pair with a Caesar salad, and the pairing is sound. Not a beer I’d go shopping for — Weihenstephaner is my go-to Munich Helles — but one I’d be willing to drink again.
