Twist is a European and American hybrid pale ale. This golden-orange ale has some hop bitterness plus earthy floral notes to balance it out.

I got a couple cans of this beer from a mixed 12pck that I bought from my local meijer store. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bitter English hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp light malt base and bitter English hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

12 ounce can, canned on 04/06/21, thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear golden/amber color with about an inch and a half frothy off-white head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing too. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like stone fruit and floral hops. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some caramel and bready flavors too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall brew, hope to try it fresher at some point but it's still tasting good now! Worth a try if you come across some.

Purchased as a single can from Kroger for $1.98. Poured into a nonic pint glass.

L - Pours a deep amber with a frothy one-finger khaki head.
S - Sweet floral notes. Hint of a fruity, yeasty characteristic. Slight must.
T - Caramel makes the foundation for a very floral time! Apple peel and rose. Honey. Little bit of citrus peel. Well-balanced.
F - Easy-drinking. Full-bodied, with light carbonation. Very frothy. Crisp. Heavier on the latter half of the glass.
O - A pretty alright beer! Haven't had a pale ale as unexpectedly floral as this one, but it was pretty good! Glad to have finally tried this after eyeing it on the shelves for a couple of weeks. Probably won't buy it again, but if floral pale ales that aren't too bitter are your thing, then I'd recommend trying this one.
