Brewed with generous amounts of Munich malt and Hallertau hops to provide a Spring Classic that is golden in color, slight hoppier and stronger than a traditional Bock.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This exceptional maibock pours a chill hazed
copper color with a very nice head of khaki foam that settles to a thick ring
and layer with light lacing. Nose of floral hops, herbal hops, breaded malts,
caramel, and lightly toasted malts. Flavors follow the nose with light bread crust,
breaded malts, herbal and floral hop notes, caramel, and a touch of biscuit.
Mouth feel is medium, medium light leaning towards medium carbonation,
smooth, and finishing nicely balanced between hops and malt.
Overall, a stellar maibock done right in Zinzinatti!
Cheers
