Presentation: 500 milliliter bottle poured into a pint glass. Purchased from Total Wine & More.
Look: bright golden color. Cloudy appearance. 1 finger foam head that evaporates rather quickly. Minor amount of lacing.
Smell: sweet honey, apples, and grains. The smell is very sweet, but pleasant.
Taste: notes of grains, ethanol, malt, vinegar, and rotten fruit. In all honesty, this beer tastes horrible. It has that malt liquor rotten fruit taste which is hard to stomach. There’s an aftertaste of ethanol too.
Feel: medium bodied. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Carbonation is below average.
Overall: this beer tastes awful. The look is fine, the smell is fine, and the feel is fine, but the taste is so dreadful that it’s almost not drinkable. It is 8% alcohol by volume, so It’s basically malt liquor as far as I can tell. Most malt liquors don’t taste this bad though. I absolutely would not buy it again, and it is absolutely not worth trying.
