Slightly Hazy yellow with a small white head upon tap pour.

Scent of orange is upfront and mingles with the soft spice of a traditional wit.

Taste has a mild bitter aftertaste that lingers and leaves a refereshingly clean taste in the mouth. Good organic brew that would quench a post-lawn mowing thirst.

Pale goldenrod color and slightly hazed, RootsÂ’ Belgian Wit is strong on flavor but light in body. Coriander sets the stage but the flavors never achieve a constructive balance and the overall taste is convoluted. The smell is inviting while head and lace are absent and the scant carbonation dies outright before long.

Not a striking representation of the style. Seemed to have too much bittering for a spiced Belgian-style ale.
