A truly crazy and complex beer, and so full of spices that it's hard to figure out what's in it, where a spice begins and where a spice ends. The brewer, Dann Paquette, mentioned most of them but I was too into the night to remember them all. I do recall black pepper, vanilla bean, fennel ... and well that's about it -- there were many more.

I could only drink one of these beers, but I did appreciate it thoroughly.
