Appearance: Crystal clear gold in colour with an ultra creamy sticky head.

Smell: A bit of spiciness from the alcohol and hops, hops also have an herbal note to them. Some malt sweetness come through also.

Taste: Creamy mout feel of chewy malt which quite sweet with a mild biscuity flavour. Hop bitterness is semi assertive yet not off balance, hop flavour is a little herbal/spicy ... some of that spiciness mingle with the spicy alcohol and produces vague peppery flavours.

Notes: This is a beautiful Maibock ... extremely flavourful. Top pick for spring seasonals in the Boston area.
