Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Hazy reddish amber with a wispy creamy pink hued Brussels lace.
Smell: Winey, tart and fruity.
Taste: Lively tartness and a winey character up front, rounded cherry flavour in the middle. Finishes a somewhat clean with remnants of malted grain while drying out there is a hint of wood(corky).
Notes: More than amazing, comparable to true Belgian krieks. This brew will be ready after maturation in Jan. of 2000.
