Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Reddish brown with a large bubbly light tan head, great retention.
Smell: Odd yeast flavour with Belgian style malt and ester aromas.
Taste: Fruity (almost bannana like) , rich malt and toasted malt flavours meet up with a slight citrius hop bitterness, spicy alcohol and notes of mild chocolate.
Notes: This is a very exciting brew, varied complexities and very Belgian.
