Hazy golden-orange color.....sweet nose with what I call the typical belgian-yeast/candy-sugar aroma....lovely sweet, warming taste......just keep an eye on how many you've had..... Great brew, Dann...... I hope you resuscitate this one at Rapscallion!! Skol!

I damn fine tripel, in fact it's so good you'd swear that it was straight over from Belgium. Smooth, malty, alcoholic, lightly hopped and very well-balanced ... I will miss this beer and the brewery.

Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Amber orange with some haze. White Brussels lace.
Smell: Extremely sweet with hints of esters and sugar.
Taste: Smooth and malty with a pure sweetness and an alcoholic warming effect. A little steel from fermented candy sugar, with a staying alcohol.
Notes: 9.5%abv. If blind tasted you would swear this came straight from Belgium.
