The beer pours a cloudy gold color with a thick frothy white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is awesome. It has a sweet wheat malt and hefe yeast scent. It boasts of banana and clove; very fruity. The taste is exceptional. It has a wonderful, sweet wheat and yeast flavor. It goes down smooth with loads of banana and clove esters. The mouthfeel is good. It is a medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a great hefe. It is rich with flavor and aroma; an awesome brew.
