First off, this brew should get points just for the name.
A dark golden with little head and a nearly blank bouquet that, when sniffed long and hard, gives off some faint citrus hop notes. The flavor and balance, however, are impressive: this might be more like a Double IPA than a "strong ale" (not that the distinction is really all that clear), but the strong malt start is balanced nicely by a slightly bitter finish, giving this a sweet and crisp flow through the mouth. A sweet treat of which I'd love to have had a second or third round.
