On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro. From notes.
A - Poured black with no head. Very little carbonation, no lace and no retention obviously.
S - Earth, funk, Brett, chocolate.
T - Roast and chocolate with lot's of Brett. Aggressively funky flavoured. Some leather.
M - Very mild and almost nonexistent carbonation. Funky leather to finish with a medium body.
O/D - Not bad, but certainly not too impressive. Definitely not my thing since I've never had a satisfying experience with Bretty stouts. Oh well. I wouldn't revisit this one, but some people will certainly enjoy it. I just don't like the blending of aggressive Brett character that really dominates the flavours of a strong stout. All that said, it's not bad in that it's poorly made, the Brett just takes over a bit too much.
