I'm generally not a fan of Brett beer but I had this as part of a flight at the brewery and found the flavour from the Brett to be mild enough that I enjoyed it. Poured just slightly cloudy with a pretty refreshing taste overall.

375 ml bottle served cold into a chalice. Purchased from the brewery for around $5 CDN.
Appearance - Relatively pale bright golden color with a finger and change of bright white head. Loads of carbonation throughout. Phenomenal head retention.
Smell - Some barnyard funk, yeast, honey, grainy with some herbal scents too. Complex and inviting.
Taste - Earthy, with middling sweetness, traces of honey and plenty of yeast. Yummy and swet to the taste without actually being sweet.
Mouthfeel - Smooth with expressive carbonation and a light body.
Overall - A rather fine Saison, with plenty of flavor, good body and alluring aromas.

Pours a huge head, clear yellow, lots of bubbles and head retention, nice lace.
Aroma is floral, with citrus rind, leather and hints of earth.
Lots of citrus rind in the flavour, but otherwise it puts me in mind of Orval. Really nice. Some candied pineapple, leather, mango and earth. Nicely restrained bitterness.
Well attenuated, moderate body is very dry and crisp,
