This one is exclusive to ME & suzies. Located on the main drag in Port Stanley, about a 30 minute drive south of London. This establishment focuses on local ingredients in their food and beer. This beer is a deep amber colour, with hues of orange. The head is white, mediunm sized, but firm. Cookie/bread aromas combine with fresh hoppy/bubblegum nuances, and give way to mild roasted malts/fruit. Flavours are more subdued that prefered, but are fairly hoppy, with good gum/candy flavours, some grain and yeasty/malty cookie flavours. Finishes tight, long lingering bubblegum. Good effort from this brewer!

On-tap at Me and Suzies in Port Stanley. I think this is actually an amber/red ale, but whatever...Pours a nice dark reddish/brown with a thin white head, some lacing.
Smells sweet and citrusy, some toasty/bready grainy notes, with a nice hop aroma.
Very tasty brew, nice and citrusy and hoppy balanced perfectly with a nice malty backbone. Some caramel, fruitiness, maybe a bit of molasses.
Very nice beer from nickel brook, nice thick mouthfeel and very drinkable.
