Uncertainty Principle No. 1 is a culmination of multiple souring and fermentative procedures including Kettle Souring, Primary Brettanomyces Fermentation, and Fruit Addition in a stainless tank, and Mixed Culture Fermentation and Souring in an oak barrel and aged 2 Years.

Pouring a brilliant hazy golden/orange hue, the aroma bursts with a tropical medley of Mandarin Oranges, Mango, and Pineapple, surrounding a core of acetic acid and funk. Hints of light floral tones tease the palate as punchy notes of Mandarin Orange, Pineapple, and crushed Mango greet your taste buds on the finish. Lactic and Acetic acid blend together seamlessly, creating a deep character which adds layer after layer of complexity.
