500 ml bottle served cold into a tasting glass. Review from notes.
Appearance - Hazy purplish wine coloured brew, Small half finger of light purple head sits on top and devoid of any lacing.
Smell - Tons of wine notes, some berry and oak but quite similar to a good Flanders red with some extra fruit.
Taste - Initially some wine but then a lot of grainy flavors mid sip. Some oak interspersed and some raspberry mixed in as well. Balsamic to close.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, a touch chewy and good lively carbonation.
Overall - A very solid wild ale those who enjoy a good red wine and some fruit will certainly be attracted to Uncertainty Principle No. 5.
