A - Clear copper with a thin sheet of white foam.
S - Overall, a light aroma. Light maltiness and some apple.
T - Some caramel, soapiness, nuts and lemon. Brisk bitter apple-skin finish.
M - Light and crisp. Fairly fizzy as well.
D - Good drinkability and some decent flavour. Would benefit from being a bit cleaner though.

Devised by the people at the Victory Cafe and brewed for them by Nickel Brook (Better Bitters) down in Burlington. This is a very solid English-style beer, that I had the pleasure to taste at Victory's cask festival. Here's the program description: "Vibrant light copper in colour, this ale offers gentle fruity hop aromas, followed by a soft malt structure and more fruity hops in the flavour. A light, quaffable ale."
Burnished gold with a good degree of haziness and a small white head. Fruity aroma, and slightly grassy. Nice grainy malt flavour, with some caramel and fruity hops providing a moderate bitterness. Decent body and carbonation for the style. A solid everyday drinker.
