What better way to celebrate Pride? A combo with Brothers and Nickel Brook? Man, I may not even need to open it enjoy this one. Ya, right. Here we go rainbow railroad… poured a May brew into a Tiki which offered mustard orange opaque pour with fine collar and wonderful efferversence. Nose exudes even from a distance of fruits, peach, passion fruit. citra, galaxy and nelson hops balance here to provide rich bouquet and complexity. First sip offers very complex offering of peach forward grapefuit. Slight wood balanced after taste with straw and grassy finish. Over a few minutes leather dominates and fruits fade. Really nice partnership and here’s to more! A rainbow of flavours. Drink it with pride.
