473 ml can served cold into a pint glass from the brewery. A Lactose Pale Ale with Peach.
Appearance - Hazy peach colored brew with multiple fingers of head that last a little while. Sparse lacing sticks to the rim of the glass.
Smell - Peach and some tangerine mostly. Kind of sweet too like a peach cobbler or pie and maybe a bit creamy like an ice cream, although this is stretching it.
Taste - Juicy peach flavors with hints of tangerine too. Light creaminess in the background too. More fruity than grainy have malt that would suggest a dessert type item like a pie or cobbler, but the peach is robust. Sweetness is there with some balanced bitterness
Mouthfeel - Smooth and juicy with soft carbonation and a definite creaminess.
Overall - Good lactose pale ale that nails the peach but is balanced and very tasty. Definitely worth a shot if you can get your hands on it.
