Bottle fresh from brewery:
Puts a clouded gold-orange ale in the glass. Puffy 3 finger cap reduces to surface cap and laces the glass well. Soft carbonation.
Aroma is bright citrus, some mango and sweet malts - very pleasant aroma
Sharp mouth feel. Front side has almost perfect balance between malt and citrusy hops, middle adds some bright fruitiness, finishes long and goes bitter-dry and tart with an almost puckering dry cider-like quality.
Probably the best gluten free beer I've sampled but then I've only tried a few.Flavorful, bright and citrusy, dry and quenching.
