Cask pint at Beau's Oktoberfest. From notes.
A - Poured amber with a white soapy head. Bright.
S - Bready with resinous hops and earth.
T - Some wood, hops, earth, dark smelling rich resinous hops, earth and wood with dark bread. No citrus.
M - Light carbonation, medium to full body and bitter.
O/D - Rich and interesting. The oak definately had an affect on the hops, perhaps changing their complexion. Tasty.

On cask at C'est What.
Oak Aged version of Headstock IPA.
A - Medium amber colour, slightly murky. Small amount of white head that quickly disappeared.
S -Some floral and citrus notes with some sweetness. Light nose for the abv. Didn't get the oak.
T - Good bitterness with floral and light citrus flavours. A noticeable caramel malt backbone is present as well. Again, the wood/oak flavours were not very detectable.
M - Light to medium body. Light carbonation.
