on tap at smokeless joe's. Reddish colour with carbonation bubbles, no head or lace. A fuller mouthfeel, very malted down flander's. Carbonation is right there. More sour edge as it warms, comes to the bottom of the glass some caramel. Can be tweaked to be even better, particular in sourness.

On tap at the Amsterdam Movember Brewstache event, into a plastic pint glass. One of their beers was (un)intentionally soured, and they decided to oak age this for just under 2 years.
Poured brown with some darker and clear reds around the edges, likely unfiltered. A ring of offwhite head is all that remains as head on this, with minimal to no lace on this. Nose has some green apple acetylaldehyde character, sour dough, dark fruit character, tart and resembling berries. Taste is similar, more green apple, tart berries, bread and an almost caramel green apple sensation to it. Sweet with a sour finish, with a nice pucker and bite in the finish. Quite a simple sour brown that works extremely well for what it was, fairly flavourful and certainly something I'd love to see again - although that's highly improbable.
