6oz pour at Hamilton Beerfest. Beer 6/6. Review from notes. With Adam, Nash! Carrie, Ryan and Sarah!
Appearance - Somewhat hazy, yellowy-peach in color with a nice little white head. Good retention.
Smell - Peach and nectarine, some muddled citrus as well, but pretty aromatic.
Taste - Peach and nectarine shine again, more citrus. Sweet and juicy, with a nice bitter kick on the backside. Well put together.
Mouthfeel - Smooth, medium-full bodied, nice prickly carbonation. Nice depth of feel too.
Overall - The best offering of the day, the mostly complete with good depth and great flavors. Looking forward to seeing RIFF in LCBO's.
