12oz bottle into a matching De Molen cervoise. The brew appears a dark brown color with cola clarity and a tan cap that fades leaving spotty lace.
The smell includes anise than fruity and mint with hints of chocolate. The taste is like a minty cordial cola fruity alcohol thing with some roasty bitterness.
This is medium bodied with modest carbonation. It's ok, not good, not terrible. Would avoid in the future even though its barely better than some of their barrel aged infection issue beers.
