Pale gloden colour, enormous head that shoreten but never fades, almost no lace.
Aroma is mostly lemon, with clove and cinnamon.
Light body, creamy texture and enormous carbonation.
Taste of lemon, clove, cinnamon, just like a cake with too much lemon. Good.

On tap at Brouwcafe de Molen in Bodegraven
S: Fresh-cut grass. Light lemon zest. Doughy biscuit. Caramel. More lemon peels.
T: Grass. Light herbal notes. Pancake batter. White grapes.
M: Light bodied. Moderate carbonation. Crisp.
O: More pancake dough than pancake, but surprisingly refreshing despite the theme. The malt character is surprisingly mild, which makes me wonder what part of the ingredients contributed to the "pancake" ness of the brew. Honestly tastes like something Carton Brewing Company would pull off.
