I tasted this beer at the brewery site, where we got to taste 5 different beers. This beer was amberbrown, instead of the blond color I expected. There was enough carbonation for the style, and a nice steady head was on the beer.
Smell was fruity with some yeastlike notes, which gave the beer a smoky or slightly sulfur smell. The usage of some caramel malt was also apparent.
Taste was fruity and dry, also with the yeast tastes, that made the beer more complex. The caramel taste was present and although I do not think it there should be caramel taste in a blond, it works out fine. All together a nice thirst quencher.

BB 13-07-06. Good poorout with forever lasting snowwhite head and amberbrown beer thats very foggy. Nosi is very much apricot with koreander and a caramellic maltnote some hoparome there but not in harmony to the fruityness as it gives a litle sharp greenspicy note with it. Taste is quiet grainymalty, litle too sweetmalty IMO but further good and again (orange)fruity and fresh with litle sourness. Litle yeastbitterness in aftertaste hurt mouthfeel and drinkability also but overal good drinkable but nothing special.
