Bottled 7-21-15. As good or better than hair of the dog version. 2 years seems like a nice point for this beer. Prost!

Sampled at Borefts 2016, Bodegraven. Semi-hazy caramel pour with no head. Notes of dried fruit, figs, raisins, dates, some dried nuts, sherry, bourbon, vanilla and oak. Full body with low carbonation and a sweet finish.
