De Zombier. En copa Teku. Viendo Westworld 2x07-08. El tipico perfil de las barleywine muy bien ejecutado, con un gran equilibrio en el dulzor y bastante baja sensacion alcoholica.

Red color, minimum red head with no retention, minimum lace.
Aroma of red fruits, cinnamon, caramel, candy.
Medium to full body, dense texture, not much carbonation.
Taste of red fruits, polvorones, candy, cinnamon. Good, but not extraordinary.

Collaboration with Northern Monk Brewing, 330 ml bottle, Independent Spirit, Bath - Pours clear light brown with a tjhin tanned head which quickly disappears. No real lacing, low carbonation. Aroma - Strong fruity esters - banana, burnt sugar notes. Taste - Very sweet at the front, fruity ester notes - banana, caramel feel, boozy backdrop, no real bitterness due to sweetness. Doppelbock feel with a large sweetness. Prefer more carbonation. Solid enough but not an earthshaker from 2 great breweries.
