Copenhagen 14/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Vild med Vin web-shop. De Molens usual austere design with neat and detailed writing in black on a white label. And the small logo with the Mill.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Settles as thin layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sweet odor with some spicy notes. Brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, marzipan, cinnamon. Sugary. Cake-like.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and sugary. Lingering. Finish is heavy cake and sweet spices.
Heavy-hitting pastry beer where they are going all in with the Chipolata pudding extract.

LCI @ BBF 2018, day 2. Surprisingly this actually works amazingly well. Loads of chipolata balanced out with a nice, thick stout. Fruity, roasty, chocolate pudding beer. I'd almost expect chunks of dried banana floating in there, but alas. Crazy and nice.
