LCI @ BBF 2019, day 2. What do licorice and beets have in common, besides this beer? Pretty sweet quad, malty thickness, a bit of licorice, some bitterness.. Not much quad, more like a sweetened barley wine. Kinda all over the place, but not annoyingly.

Red colour, clear, nice foamy head. Raspberry smell. Sugar, beetroot; licorice only in aftertaste. Simply great!

A beer that leaves you a double sensation. The first one is shocking, a different odor, attractive, a new taste. But a beer that is quadrilateral style but does not seem like it. And the second sensation; the beer is deflating, not evolving and losing interest.
