This beer was brewed for the ONK in Alphen a/d Rijn by rewery de Molen. According to the label it was made with Munich malt and dryhopped with Saphir hops.
A brown, copper beer with an incredible lacing on the glass.A bit murky from the yeast.
Smell is quite hoppy with citric and lemon notes. Very light, some lemonade notes.
Taste is like a dryhopped blond beer. Knowing this is a steambeer, makes me think I know I can taste the typical bottom fermenting yeast, but I have to admit that I cannot. The hops are raw and citric, this comes across in the taste. Great beer!
