A - A deep slightly hazy orange that glows in the light. A small head that leaves great lacing and lasts the entire drink.
S - Orange, citrus zest, yeast, spices, coriander and a little pineapple as it warms.
T - lots of Orange, yeast, pepper, coriander, caramel and some other fruitiness in there as well, bit of hop bitterness at the end and finishes with a slight alcohol warmth.
M - Very nice, medium bodied, smooth creamy perfect carbonation.
D - Very drinkable, the alcohol is only slightly warming even though it's over 9%.

Bottled@Monks Café
A: Hazy brown/yellowish with bits of yeast floating around.
S: Fruit, Citric notes (orange), Belgian yeast and some spices.
T: Fruit (apple and orange), Belgian yeast, Spices, Caramel.
M: Quite smooth and sweet but with a nice layer of complexity behind it.
A very nice tripel from De Molen that is much more complex than the normal belgian ones. I'll gladly try another bottle again!
