Jan. 2020: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.9%, IBU 28. Black colour, large beige head. Strong aroma of roast malts, chocolate and toasted coconut (Bounty chocolate). Full and rich mouthfeel. Smooth and fairly sweet (but not cloying) flavour with the same elements as the aroma, Bounty chocolate galore. A lovely dessert stout.

LCI @ BBF 2019, day 2. Why coconut? Why? Such a silly thing, even if used well, as is the case pretty much here. Liquified bounty, minus the sweetness, and with more roasty bitterness. Drinks heavier than it should, and is fairly unbalanced. Not bad.

A – Pours a thick dark Black oily colour with a Beige head that holds well but reduces eventually but does lace.
S – Oh yeah ! Caramel and Coconut in abundance with a stick candy floss aroma that is real nice.
T – Beautiful just beautiful full Coconut flavour, this is no gimmick, this beer produces big coconut flavour and does not disappoint the finish is very smooth and slightly caramelised.
M – Full body and low carbonation
O – I have rarely enjoyed a stout so much. This beer truly delivers on what it says. Awesome beer and my favourite of 2020. This one definitely goes into my Hall of Fame
