Pours a cloudy amber color with a massive white head that never totally goes away.
Aroma is really nice with floral hops, spice, caramel, and honey.
Flavor is good and complex with caramel malt, yeast, nutmeg and other spices, honey, citrus, and floral hops. Has a yeasty Belgian character to it and is somewhat light on the hops compared to your typical American IPA, but still you definitely can't miss 'em.
Medium-light bodied with a fairly lively mouthfeel.
Drinkability is high.Overall I'd call this one a success - another good one from De Molen.
